1 — Coverage of our work
- All our work (contract or hourly rate) comes with a 5-year, non-transferable warranty.
- This warranty covers only our labor and installations, not materials.
Example: If an electrical connection comes loose after our work, we’ll come repair it free of charge under the warranty.
2 — Materials warranty
- Installed materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Our labor remains guaranteed for 5 years.
Example: If we install a dimmer with a 3-year manufacturer warranty and it becomes defective within that time, we replace it free of charge, parts and labor included. After 3 years, you only pay for the part — labor remains free.
